Ingredients:
- 2 cups of diced Ash Gourd
- 1 cup of fresh yogurt

- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cups of water
